Benoît Fil has always dreamt of owning his own wine estate. In 2019, that dream came true. He then aimed to make it the best possible by working on it on a daily basis, guided by his passion for wine and people. He has therefore redesigned the Bastide de Fave with the most respect for mother Nature "to get the best out of it", he admits.

Lovers of quality wines can enjoy a stay in the middle of the vineyards. The Bastide de Fave, dating back to the Napoleonic era, was entirely restored in the 1970s. Better still, it houses three flats around a swimming-pool in this 30-hectare natural setting.

Original and unusual

You have to dare to venture this far. Because at the end of this long and winding road, a pleasantly welcoming family domain awaits the visitor. Loving sharing and exchanging with customers, Benoît and his wife, Laure, like to talk about their wines and how they have reinvented this vineyard, which will complete its organic conversion in 2022.
