This cooperative has grown wings! Located in Bormes-les-Mimosas, one of the most beautiful villages in the Var, the cooperative has been revived. Swapping its old buildings for completely new facility, it now produces the best wines in its history.

Besides its wines, Caveau dei Bormani offers visitors olive oils, a range of appetizers, honey, jams and many other delicacies from Provence.

Original and unusual

One of the wine growers of Bormes-les-Mimosas is named Grand Cuvée Ruquié 1925. "ruquié", in Provencal, is the one who lifts the cork off the trunks of oaks. As for 1925, it's just the year of the cooperative’s birth.
