The cooperative brings together winemakers who practice their art between sea and mountains. In Ollioules, Sanary-sur-Mer and Six-Fours-les-Plages, the Syllazur Cellars offer a wide range of wines, available in three welcoming stores where you will find attentive service.

Caves Syllazur also offer a selection of champagnes, whiskeys and olive oils. A delicatessen department will satisfy the most demanding taste buds, and a selection of gift ideas such as gift boxes made around the cellar’s wines, as well as accessories, are available.

Original and unusual

In Ollioules, the site of Courtine is probably the greatest Celtic-Ligurian town known in Provence. Its living quarters, mills and sanctuary date from the site occupation from the 6th century BC to the end of the 1st century. The excavations led to the discovery of several monetary treasures.
