Original and unusual
Font vive refers to a locality in Évenos. It’s where Philippe Barthès acquired his first 3.80 hectares of vines, cultivated only in rosé. Today, Château de Font Vive also makes red and white wines, and all its colours are on the menus of the finest Parisian brasseries.
