Nestled in the heart of Provence, Château La Martinette stretches majestically between Lorgues and Le Thoronet, along the banks of the Argens. This estate, founded in 1620, is one of the oldest vineyards in Provence. Surrounded by 400 hectares of lush forest, lavender fields, and century-old olive trees, the estate has embraced a renaissance since its acquisition in 2011, combining a passion for wine with a scrupulous respect for the environment.
Château La Martinette enchants visitors with a variety of wine tourism experiences. Guided tours of the cellar and walks through the vineyards and olive groves offer a fascinating insight into organic viticulture. Tastings range from four to six wines, allowing visitors to discover the nuances of local grape varieties. For a gastronomic immersion, the Wine & Cheese Pairing combines local flavors with exquisite wines.
Next to the cellar, La Ruine awaits you for summer evenings from July to August, where cocktails, wines, and tapas can be savored in a timeless ambiance. Enjoy the delights of Mediterranean cuisine on the panoramic terrace of Restaurant Vigna, open from May to late September. Additionally, the estate offers accommodation at ‘La Villa Pivoine’, a calm gite nestled in this verdant landscape.
