Between sea and mountain is one of the Var coast gems. The blue of the Mediterranean Sea, a profusion of green, red, white, pink: this is the beautiful palette of Sébastien Ferrari . The family acquired Château Malherbe eighty years ago and has been watching over this Eden ever since with some talent.
A place of History since the Malherbe was for centuries the farm of the Fort of Brégançon planted in polyculture. Our orchard and vegetable garden remind us of this noble and peasant past, as well as the well of Roman origin, which attests to the agriculture on these lands for more than 2000 years. Plot harvesting, manual harvesting, biodynamic cultivation, Château Malherbe has always had at heart to produce wine with demanding methods while scrupulously respecting the characteristics of our two unique terroirs.
President Georges Pompidou had requested authorization to Mireille Ferrari to walk in her vineyard. The permission was of course granted, which he used often, enjoying the tranquillity of the place and the beautiful scenery.
