Behind the rather mysterious name of Domain Attilon — the Camargues’ first organic domain — is a team of competent, multi-skilled and motivated men. They are united by a common desire to modernize this renowned vineyard, increase in quality and open up to the public.
A little piece of ‘the other side of the world’ emerges from this domain which, in its name already, gives a clue: At-illon. By sinking into its forest, coming closer to the Rhône banks, we feels like being on an island. And we soon feel like sitting down and enjoy nature’s bounty while sipping a glass of wine.
Some beautiful, most beautiful surprises are hidden in Domaine Attilon’s bottles, like this rosé made from Pinot Noir— a rare varietal for Provence— associated with a part of Caladoc varying from vintages to vintages. The result gives a wine that is both fresh and intense, actually original and unusual.
