Domaine de Cala is an exceptional estate covering almost 200 hectares and can be described in three words: quality, simplicity, and authenticity. When a great chef takes over an entire vineyard, he must do so first with good taste. Driven by his passion and determination, Joachim Splichal has entirely restructured the Domaine de Cala to make it an exceptional place that matches his ambitions. He has numerous projects in mind for his new estate.

Extra

The estate offers many extras, including (that will not come as a surprise) a restaurant at its heart. In an intimate atmosphere, Joachim Splichal will offer, as of spring 2023, pure and organic cuisine for which he will draw his ingredients from the small producers around him.

Original and unusual

Visiting the estate is an experience in itself and soon you will be able to do so on foot or by bicycle, on tracks that criss-cross the vineyards of the Domaine de Cala. The winegrower also plans to renovate the castle, a remnant of the past, where he will welcome you in one of his future five rooms overlooking the vines. Original and unusual, indeed !
