The Domaine de l’Allamande is managed by one of the youngest farmers in the Var Area, Vincent Quiroga. In 2013, accompanied by his family, he took over the estate and gave it a makeover, including a winery that met the criteria of quality and technicality. Vincent, Independent Winegrower, is committed to making great authentic wines, faithful to the terroir and "human" vinification.

Extra

Although he does not join the organic farming organization, the young winegrower is involved in the preservation of the terroir. Thus chemical weeding has been eliminated and leaves room for mechanical weeding with inter-vines among other actions.

Original and unusual

Vincent, whose predestined first name, comes from a family of winegrowers. Previously his ancestors, Noémie, Marcelle and Claire (grandmothers and great grandmothers) already vinified in the Champagne region. Their great-grandson has therefore taken up the torch of this passion and continues this family tradition, but in Provence.
