This quiet domain is discreetly becoming one of the abiding values __of Centre Var. No pain, no gain: this saying applies also to wine, since there is a lot of work and passion involved behind a bottle. The De Groot family, the owners of Domaine de l’Amaurigue, and Jean-Marie Quef, his manager, know it fairly well for working for the last several years to improve this beautiful area, nestled between Le Luc and Cabasse. The results are here to prove it.
Every summer, the estate has the pleasure of organising ART and WINE exhibitions: the private viewings are the opportunity to discover the artists and to participate in wonderful sunny evenings in the arcades rooms while tasting the estate’s wines.
if the rocks and pebbles are challenging for men and their tools, they have consistently been particularly beneficial to vines, bringing them mineral components, and because they warm the soil in the heart of the night, they encourage roots to feed at depth.
