The objective of this 20-hectare organic estate is to offer a moment of discovery based on pleasure and sharing and yet it’s based on a deep reflection on both the architectural and organizational levels. The cellar, the winery and the vat house are all in the same place, designed as a jewel case perfectly integrated in the heart of the magnificent Alpilles.

Here, visitors are on the front stage: the scenography of the aesthetic wine bottles, together with a striking views of the landscape, vineyard and olive grove. But they are also behind the scenes: everywhere there are openings in the floors and walls to give a glimpse into the cellars where the magic happens and the wines come to life.

Original and unusual

From its conception in 2016, Benoît and Laurence Bateman surrounded themselves with experts to ensure that their winery would be as respectful as possible of the land, vines and olive trees that thrive here. Their work has been rewarded since they are at the head of the first domain of the Alpilles to be labeled High Environmental Value.
