It is a family estate where father, daughter and son are working together to produce quality wines. In Brignoles, in the heart of Green Provence, Bruno Latil, joined by his daughter Fanny and her husband Hugh, act in harmony with the development of one of the key names in the Coteaux Varois en Provence.

In April, the domain organizes an open day during which you can taste the new wines. On this occasion, Fanny's mother prepares authentic Provencal appetizing recipes, usually very appreciated by tasters!

Original and unusual

As spring flows under two large plane trees at the domain’s entrance. Once dry, it came back to life on the day of Hugh and Fanny’s first child’s birth. To celebrate, they named one of their cuvees "Bienfait de Dieu." At the entrance to the domaine, next to the spring, the remains of a roman settlement were discovered after the harvest of 2016 : a large villa, winery and thermal bath with the remains of wine tanks a large stone which was part of a press.We can now proclaim that the domaine has a 2000 year history !The romans were not mistaken: Ramatuelle was and still is a unique place to grow grapes and make wine !
