A nice family story where the passion for the land and good wine is passed from father to son. In Lorgues, Pierre Normand has taken over the domain of Aumèdes handed down from his forebears. Attentive to pursue that heritage, he works his vineyard with love and requirement to get the best out of it: vintages with great finesse, elegant and aromatic.
Housed in a 200 year-old building, the sale and tasting cellar was once a stable, and the troughs and hay elevator are still visible.
At the entrance of the estate, there is a three-hundred-year-old oak tree that was planted during the Revolution. This domain has been part of the family since that time, and Pierre’s great grandfather had also founded the cooperative of Lorgues before being one of the first to build his winery in 1930.
