On the edge of the legendary highway, National 7, this family estate stands out for its accessibility designed to satisfy all wine enthusiasts since 1991. Mireille, the daughter of the founder Louis, manages it with her brother Daniel, surrounded by Sébastien, Marie, Nathalie, Nicolas, Bruno... They are a very complementary team that perpetuates the know-how passed down from generation to generation and develops the estate over time.
If you wondered, the Domaine des Oullières takes its name from, the ‘oullière’, is the area of land between two rows of vines. Unless it is related to the ‘ouillage’ or topping up, an action that consists in completing the barrels to compensate for losses due to evaporation or wood absorption (called consumption). The objective is that the barrel is always full and that the wine does not oxidize.
Wine lovers do appreciate the deep roots of this passionate winegrowers family, as well as the uniqueness and constant quality they find in the estate's various wines, from vintage to vintage, and from generation to generation! They never miss the great vintage party that is held every year in April.
