Domaine Foussenq has remained in the same family for nearly five hundred years. In Carcès, a pretty town of Haut Var in the heart of Green Provence, Manuel Foussenq is the young heir to a family dynasty that has always worked the land and vines.

Undoubtedly, the shop location at the centre of Carcès is a plus. A visit to the village, a short rest in one of the nearby cafes and here we are a few steps to the shop.

Original and unusual

The shop and the cellar of Domaine Foussenq are installed in a townhouse that was long ago a coaching inn, before becoming a gendarmerie. Thus, concrete fermentation tanks have been built in the former inmate cells!
