In domaine de Bercail, which wines are typical of the Fréjus terroir, a great human adventure is happening, one marked by generosity. Protected by the Mont de Maures and Esterel, this domain is like no other. Here, the vines quality is as important as the flowering of those who cultivate them; le Bercail is indeed an ESAT (Etablissement et Service d’Aide par le Travail): sheltered employment with a winemaking vocation.
Next to the cellar in the heart of a charming garden, the restaurant Le Bercail offers each afternoon from Monday to Friday, a warm, traditional cuisine. You have the choice of quality self-service, pizzeria (Tuesdays and Fridays) or table service in the large garden.
The Bercail is the only ESAT (establishment and service through Work) with a wine vocation in Provence. It has only one equivalent in the rest of the country.
