When a young winemaker fully lives his passion. When he reached the quarter of a century, Charles-Henri Servien dared the winemaking adventure. With his father Pierre-Gilles’ complicity, he gives free rein to his passion for rosé on the beautiful terraces of this Clos that now bears his name.
In summer, the small wine shop of Clos Servien offers freshly picked apricots and peaches from the orchard of Pierre-Gilles Servien.
Charles-Henri Servien really has a passion for rosé. While he was studying oenology in Mâcon, in Burgundy land, the young man did not hesitate to head down South for an internship at the Rosé Centre — a research, expertise and experimentation centre on rosé located in Vidauban, in the Var department.
