After an impressive view onto the majestic Sainte-Victoire Mountain, the organically grown vines lead the visitors to a modern and elegant building, well integrated into the landscape, that hosts all the stages of winemaking, from grape to bottle. That’s where Noémie Guez, a young and rigorous winemaker, produces her wines—and olive oil.
Proud of this heritage of the past that is the Saint-Pancrace chapel, built in 1045, the domain of 19 hectares of organically cultivated vines is resolutely turned towards the future. Its cellar is indeed an ultra-modern working tool where Noémie Guez is keen to produce very qualitative wines, mostly rosé.
The Saint-Pancrace estate relaunched in 2016, with the first vinification in 2019, and it is already establishing its image and strengthening its local roots. Taking the outline of the three long windows of its cellar, the winery's logo is unlike any other, as is its range of wines, which are all environmentally friendly.
