Quite unusually, its forty hectares are spread on a forty plots distributed throughout the peninsula of Saint Tropez between Ramatuelle, Gassin and La Croix Valmer, on hillsides and plains. They enjoy an exceptional situation, with clayey, calcareous and sometimes sandy soils, and a Mediterranean climate with strong maritime influence.

Original and unusual

Let’s talk about the screw cap. Grégoire Chaix claims, “This is the best closure for rosé. The screw cap, by its impermeability to oxygen, perfectly preserves the wine’s freshness and aroma.” The Anglo-Saxon countries and northern Europe are convinced by these qualities since they opted years ago for this type of plug.
