At the foot of the Montagne Sainte-Victoire, is one of the largest cooperatives in Provence. Pourrières is a village surrounded by vineyards, those of the members of the Cellier de Marius Caïus. On the eve of its first century of existence, this cooperative was able to mobilize its troops to win the battle of modernity.
Since 2010, the town of Pourrières organizes the Gallo-Roman holiday with entertainment, stalls and historic re-enactments. Everything is here to revive the time of the Roman conquest, between the oppidum and the pyramid erected to celebrate the victory of Marius Caïus.
