This century-old cooperative winery has completely revised its vineyard planting since the ‘90s. Located in Carcès, the Hameau des Vignerons offers a range of aromatic wines that reveal a wealth of flavors, for our greatest pleasure.

Original and unusual

Behind the cellar, a small water mill, powered by a stream coming down the hill, is used to press the co-operators’ olive oil, according to a process unchanged since its construction in the 19th century. This charming mill can be visited during the open days organized regularly by the Hameau.
