A miraculous land is nestled at the foot of the Baux de Provence rock formation. Le Mas Sainte Berthe was once known for its source, which was said to work miracles. Today we visit it to taste its wines. They owe nothing to divine intervention, but are more prosaically the result of favourable soil and proven expertise.
Le Mas Sainte-Berthe offers visitors a 1.5-kilometre hiking trail. Over a period of thirty minutes, accessible to all, this bucolic walk in the vineyards and olive trees offers beautiful panoramas, including a remarkable view of the Baux ramparts. But that's not all: educational terminals that educate the visitor about the different grape varieties and wine fieldwork punctuate the ride.
At Mas Sainte Berthe, we treat the content and collect containers. The tasting room houses a collection of 300 bottles of wine. These bottles of different shapes and colours, some brought by clients, come from very different places. Some are over a century old.
